Here at Bank of Okolona our highest priorities are the health and safety of our staff, our customers, and the well-being of the communities we serve.
With that being said, we have implemented our Pandemic Contingency Plan to better protect you from COVID-19. We followed guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Preventions (CDC) and state and local public health officials. These procedures will help ensure the right level of resources and that we have the right level of resources and risk management devoted to the health and safety of both our staff and customers during this time of public health and economic stress.
Bank of Okolona would like to remind you that our banking technology makes almost all your banking needs available electronically. We ask that you consider using our various digital services which include Online Banking www.bankofokolona.com, Automated Teller Machines (ATM’s), Mobile Banking and Telephone Bank 662-447-2703. In addition, our employees are available to help you navigate any and all of these services. Our employees are available and willing to serve your needs and help you implement these technologies. Each of our locations remain open, however, we will have drive-thru access only for deposits. Lobby Access will be by appointment only. We encourage you to use our digital options that allow you to access your account to view balances and make transfers or mobile deposits. These features are available via our Mobile App and online at www.bankofokolona.com. Our drive-thru will remain open during normal hours Monday thru Thursday 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM and 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM on Friday. Mantee Branch and Houston Branch are open Saturday 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (drive thru only).
